It's a single warning level per "disk" directive.
But it might be worth trying with two blocks of disk directives.
i.e.
disk /part1 90%
disk /part2 90%
disk /part3 90%
disk /part1 96%
disk /part2 96%
disk /part3 96%
That should create six entries in the diskTable,
and the one "monitor" line would then cover all six.
(Note that I haven't actually tried this!)
