Net-SNMP 5.7.1 Compile errors, Centos / RHEL 3,4.

Hi has anyone ever seen these compile errors for NET_SNMP 5.7.1, and
know how to fix them?

On 1 RHEL 4 box, it fails with this error: /bin/sh: /usr/: is a directory

On Another RHEL 4 Box I get this: configure: error: cannot find
install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in "." "./.." "./../.."

Also has anyone installed it on a RHEL 3 box, yes I know it's old
school but trying to do with what I have to work with..

FYI This is just after untarring net-snmp then running ./configure as
root. These errors appear..


I have been able to get net-snmp working on other RHEL 4 Boxes just
not these ones..
