return code of 127

I am having trouble configuring the hosts.cfg file.  I am getting a
"return code of 127 is out of bounds" error when I do a "Status Detail"
on my web page.  The hosts show critical, but they are up, and I can
manually ping them from the linux server that Netsaint is installed on. 
 Can anyone give me some pointers on how to fix this.  For now, I am
just trying to do a host up or down monitor on 2 local nt servers.
