Windows Install - Not running

Hi

I have installed OpenNMS as per the instructions on your site.  I have
opened pgAdmin III and connected to the postgres database.  I cannot
'start' the service as this is greyed out on the tools menu.

I have entered http://localhost:8980/opennms/index.jsp but the page cannot
be found.

As per the instructions I have run the opennms.bat start command and
received back all of the same cmd line responses as per the image in the
instructions.

I believe this is probably user error during install, can you please assist
me.
