Thanks for the reply James!

I've checked the logs many times over (and again since your suggestion),
and nothing is jumping out at me. I've also compared the logs of another PC
VPN'ing vs the problematic one and they are the exact same, which makes
sense, when the problematic workstation VPN's in it works perfectly fine
for a minute or so (it's not consistent, 1 minute some times, 2 minutes
other times) and then just drops all network connectivity with the VPN
network (yet maintains a VPN connection).

As soon as this connectivity is lost these messages start showing up over
and over:

Apr 23 07:42:48 thewall pppd[17169]: Unsupported protocol 0x89 received
Apr 23 07:42:49 thewall pppd[17169]: Unsupported protocol 0xf4c2 received

Apr 23 07:42:50 thewall pppd[17169]: Unsupported protocol 0x8f received
Apr 23 07:42:50 thewall pppd[17169]: Unsupported protocol 0xf6ee received

Apr 23 07:42:50 thewall pppd[17169]: Unsupported protocol 0x1aae received

It's like something on his PC or network does something that breaks the
link, but I've no clue what or where to look.
