Hello, i got a problem using Windows 2003. The Windows Media Player 10 uses the Device "Default DirectSound Device" by default. However this does not work with RDP, so I tried to change it to "DirectSound: Microsoft RDP-Audiotreiber (emuliert)". With "-r sound:local" this ist not possible with rdesktop 1.5 1. Run rdesktop with the option "-r sound:local" (without that option, the error doesnt occur) 2. Run Windows Media Player 10 3. Select "Extras" -> "Options" 4. At "Devices" select "Speakers" and then "Properties" => The rdesktop windows now gets frozen and the console prints "ERROR: select: Bad file descriptor" again and again.
