Thanks for the response. I learned a new channel mode +/-l Do you knoe
where I can get info about all availabe channel modes and user modes
that can be set in silc and what they do?

Maybe this work with silc client.
In pidgin client i get:
/key channel test set pass
Unknown command

/help key
No such command (in this context).

Any ideas ?
