Compile Error with slrn 0.9.8.lpl2?

Hi,

 I am trying to compile the following file:

slrn_0.9.8.1pl2~cvs20070125.orig.tar.gz

from the Debian ftp site:

ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/s/slrn/

But I get the following errors in compile.log:

configure:1826: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in
autoconf "."/autoconf

This using GNU Autoconf 2.61. My apologies if I am pointing out an
error in my setup rather than a problem with this slrn source package
