I don't know if anyone else is interested, but I wrote a simple macro to
switch between different servers easily inside slrn. It works pretty
well for me.

If you want to try it out, add the servers you use to the array at
the top, then just include it in your .slrnrc:

interpret "path/to/multiserver.sl"

The default keybinding is "S", and it will give you a menu of servers to
switch to.
