Well, it's not really a feed then is it?  It's more like an XML 
representation of the content item but using the RSS structure.

The bigger problem is you'd be encouraging people to make scheduled 
downloads of what isn't really changing data.

Most Wiki provide a feed from a few select portions.  Most of them 
have a feed for Recent Changes.  Some have them for other news-like 
data.    

I don't see much good that would come from publishing each page as 
RSS.  Yes, it'd be readable in an aggregator, but to what end?

Correct in what context?  For a browser?  Just use an HREF.  Anything 
else would depend on what you expect to happen with it.
