Tight VNC not responding after IP change( Windows Server 2012 R2)

Hi all,

I have install Tight VNC latest version on Windows Server 2012 R2 and it
was working fine. Later I change the IP address (IPV 4) now can not connect
with the server using Tight VNC viewer. How can I correct this problem?
