Behind Sprint Hotspot

We need to control 1 CentOS 7 and a Win-X computer whose access to the internet is a Sprint Hotspot- Franklin R910. Although we can surf the web easily with this setup, the VNC reports the port cannot be contacted. We have tried port forwarding on the Franklin R910 to no avail.
