Thanks for all the information.

I have submitted the current state to branch czech-book in my fork 
repository https://git.fsfe.org/tomichec/ada-zangemann.git

It does not contain the text in the square brackets yet, but I can do 
those too later on.

I have now generated some required capitals. There are still a few 
missing (B, K, P, V). It would be nice if Sandra, or someone with more 
experience could draw them. I have tried with one, but he quality is not 
up to the needs. The same would go for the text in the illustrations.
