Asking for fsfe-website repository access to translate website

Hello,

I work on KDE.org and related website localization to Czech. There's a
link [0] from Okular website to fsfe.org to explain "four freedoms" of
Free Software. I'd like to create a Czech localized version of the
Free Software page [1]. Is there a way how to create an account at
your git repository [2] and gain permission to be able to create Merge
requests there?
