Hej Jan, Thank you very much for reaching out to us and your interest in helping to translate and spread the word for Free Software. I will follow up with you about the git in a private email and send you the information for creating an account there. To onboard you here are some basic information for the translation process: There are different ways to contribute to our translation efforts (so hopefully something for everybody). You can either start a translation by yourself and pick any page you want or take a look at our status tool that highlights those pages, which have not been updated in a while or not been translated so far. The tool is available here: https://status.fsfe.org/translations/index.cs.html Once you picked the page you want to translate, you can just click on the number and it will auto-generate an webpreview page for the file. Here you can then auto-generate the first draft of the translation with the automatic translation button (https://media.fsfe.org/w/2Hx5degpF8oKuuWTRSaBEo). Another option is to translate the files that are sent to this list by staffers (e.g. like Ana with the monthly Newsletter). There you can also use the webpreview link that Ana provides and translate the pages there. Once you translate something you can send it to the translators list and I will then take care of merging it. You can either send the webpreview link or a file. In case you want to just do a local translation on you computer by coping the text to your preferred editor of your choice. We also starting to use weblate (https://fsfe.org/translators/weblate). For translating with weblate you would need to register with them and then start the translation of the files. Thank you again for your support in translating the information about Free Software!
