That day, and on Saturday, March 7, I proofread the webpreview that you identified in your email. Just after noon my time (early evening your time) I sent my suggestions, with my version of the xhtml that I had downloaded from the webpreview. My hope was that it would be useful to any of you who were working over the weekend. Many of the suggestions I made related to garbage characters. I was not the first one to see them. Just 68 minutes after you sent your message, Francisco de Asis Humberto Fernandez Miser wrote in response: "Reading the newsletter in a Mo illa Firefox I have found sometimes this character =C3= =A2=E2=82=AC (in =E2=84=A2"you=C3=A2=E2=82=AC=E2=84=A2re", for instance)." A webpreview seems to be inherently a moving target. This is not a complaint, just an observation of the process as I see it. It is now Monday, March 9 (just after midnight for me, early morning in Europe). When I look at the webpreview now, The garbage characters have now gotten worse. I have done a diff between the xhtml of the version of the webpreview that I downloaded on Friday and the current version.
