I would question that point. I'm not sure the founding fathers wanted a
corporate funded oligarchy to be able to have US Marshalls sent into
someone's home or place of business without the usual due process and
warrants.

In fact I'm sure there's a thing or two written to the contrary.

They have a right to protect their property. How they've gone about it
at times is suspect.
