Re: slightly off topic

As far as cross-circuit bleeding, if a circuit has no loads and is shut 
off, it can still generate some voltage by induction from other nearby 
circuits. There will be no current to speak of, but there will be 
voltage. Digital meters are good at measuring things without drawing 
much of any current. I've measured 30v before on circuits that run 50ft 
in a chase with other high load wiring. I measured it from the hot wire 
right before I snapped in the circuit breaker, with the negative lead of 
the multimeter going to the panel ground.
