RE: problem sending to a user in mexico - accented character in theusername

I would first try substituting the non-accented version of the character and see if that works.  It wouldn't be the frist time I saw a case of someone trying to be overly fancy with their 'reply-to' address.  It could also be that they do that as an anti-spam tactic
