Sure -- the issue, though, is that this is an interaction between the
provider and the customer's customers. So if you're a provider, you don't
have a written agreement with the owners of the servers, so things start
to less clear, and aren't easily handled contractually. The question
was meant to be mostly a policy question, rather than a legal one.
