Dedicated servers in Europe?

I've been looking for a private/dedicated server offering in in Europe somewhere to monitor stuff back in the US. So far, I've looked at offerings from OVH and 1&1, but as I don't have any experience with that side of the world, I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. The server must be physically located outside of North America. Doesn't matter if it's virtual or physical, as I'll just be running Nagios and similar stuff on it, maybe a ping/traceroute/telnet from time to time, so it doesn't need to be beefy, just reliable.
