watt hours != amps

If you get 80A @ 120V, your equation would be (ignoring power factor):

$.10 * 120V * 80A / 1000 * 24 hr * 30 day = $691

A good rule-of-thumb for cooling "overhead" is around 60%, so that would
add another $415 for a total of $1106.

I don't know where you are, but 10 cents per kWh seems kind of high for
commercial electric rates.
