Providing colo costs a LOT more than selling bandwidth.  There's the 
actual power you use, the amps they likely reserve in case you go over 
your usual usage, UPS's, generator(s), cooling, staff to manage all those 
bits, finite floor space, etc.

Also, you're talking about 6mbps, while Jawaid was talking about 100mbps 
on a 2 year commit.  You always get a better rate on bandwidth when buying 
it in bulk and on multi-year contracts.

I need to go see what we're paying Level3 for our GigE circuit.  I think 
it's more (per mbps) than Jawaid was quoted.
