You might look at AdBlock.  While it's primary function is supposedly to
block ads, it has available a number of specialized lists you can use.
I'm not familiar at all with its internal workings, but you might be able
to extract the sites from the database to make a list usable elsewhere if
running AdBlock itself isn't what you need.

There's also various prudish 'net nanny' sites that provide blocks for
things *they* consider as 'bad'.   Again, I'm not familiar with any
specifically, but if you can get the database, it might prove useful for
some of your desired blocking.

I did a Google search on 'bad domain filter list' and it turned up quite a
few of possible interest, including some for OpenDNS.
