you are one of the mybraodband.co.za anonymous cowards, thank you for
repeating some of your slander, here in public on this mailing list.

It helps people understand for themselves what the real truth is.

mandela.co.za domain was never owned by myself - I registered it for
someone else. But, never mind that.

You say that I am a liar. Lets all see if I am a liar or not::::

So, a trademark was registered on the mandela surname ten years
later... (2011)

Which means that the surname: mandela.co.za was NOT a trademark in 2001

Therefore no cybersquatting can even be possible and also someone could
argue that the name "mandela" is a clan/family/surname and is not
patentable or registrable as a trademark...

One could argue that there are more than one person with the name
mandela. In fact and in truth ANYONE that registered the domain
mandela.co.za will NOT be a cybersquatter or doing anything wrong or
illegal, whether it be Mandla Mandela, Winnie Mandela etc etc etc etc.

So, please tell us, Paul - with all of your credibility on the line:

You say I Lied? 

In public on a public list?

Which domain did I (this Andre Coetzee or actually any of the Andre
Coetzee's) register and be a "cybersquatter?

I put it to you that: 

As you have slandered me here, in public, that  you are in fact the
same person that slandered me on mybraodband.co.za 

Please also respond in public on this list, so that we can be clear
that you are calling me a liar and that you have not provided the facts
to back that up, yet.

Actually, the threads are all in the PUBLIC archive!  Anyone can read
them. Even those that were not on the Glug mailing list.

And, there was a split, the Software Freedom day of 2009 was manned by
"my" side of the split (there are actual photos..- not that the "facts"
worry you much or that you care about the truth much...

Next you will claim that I doctored the photographs? 

The truth is Pual Furber, that you can slander me, directly as you have
done here and so obviously that anyone can see it - except yourself?

But it still does not detract me from saying that we need better
privacy legislation.

We need to protect ourselves from people like you.
