Hi Vickram, So essentially this is what you're saying: 1. Sarabjit - or anyone else - can continue to offend and be boorish to any members on the list at will 2. No apology has been asked for, from Sarabjit. None will be demanded, from him. No warning was given. 3. No promise of future good behaviour was asked for. "It might be nice to have him say a few things on these lines" as you say, but it will not be a pre-condition for his reinstatement. 4. You have reinstated Sarabjit, and over-ruled two oher moderators in the process, with no logic for the same. 5. The same can happen in the future again, and it's ok. 4. IAlso, in the future, you can take whatever decision you like about keeping or removing or bringing back any member, for any reason whatsoever, with no logic given for either. Do correct me if I understood you incorrectly.
