I stand corrected.

- The Parliament passed child pornography law in 2009.
- The supreme court "criticised"the Government for not doiing anything
-The govenment bans sites
- The govenment passes the buck to ISPs who refurse and keep the ban

- Supreme Court meets on 10 Aug to further hear the case.

Thanks for making me realise that the the Court had not passed judgement
but just critisim.
