The other requirements are a feature of either the web server (SSL) or are features present in basically all wiki engines (logins, file uploads). =20 I'm a fan of docuWiki, because of its nifty support for open office. When it comes to easy setup, mediawiki is the king. Twiki is cool because you can have different areas, each separately protected, but it's honestly a nasty perl hack and doesn't look so maintainable.
