My opinion is to do everything in UTF-8 - I think it is the responsible thing to do, otherwise, if you do GB2312, then it just adds to the number of sites that use GB2312, thus adding to the annoying seperate charset/encoding problem we encounter everyday. THe more sites that use UTF-8 exclusively will eventually make an impact on those that don't... At least, that is my thought - too ideal?
