Ahhh, I see you're running Ubuntu, not Debian. The keys should certainly be
present after a fresh install.

Do you have any files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ ? If so, perhaps you can
attach them to an email?

That shouldn't matter, as long as the package came from our archive (which
is all you have in your sources.list), then it should be fine.

Would be interested to get any more information you can find, like the
package you were installing at the time. Also, run 'apt-cache policy
<package_name>' next time it appears, and attach the output.
