Chris,

As I mentioned previously, try "Agent" app on Android.  That is assuming
you are not using an iPhone, maybe there is an equivalent?

I don't even use the Motorola "Assist" app you mentioned since I like the
features on Agent better (though actually I probably don't use the extra
features).  It silences the phone for sleep and meetings, and has battery
saving features that can be can be customized.
