Which comcast package?  256k up is what I get from my residential
service once the throttle kicks in.

I tried to ask the business sales rep about it and he started spewing
marketing gibberish: "that is the turbo feature where you get faster
speeds to speed up downloads, business class does not offer that
feature."  me: "no no, its not a feature, its a restriction."  him:
"well we don't offer it, sorry."   me: is there an SLA that guarantees
me a minimum bandwidth?   "the listed speeds are a maximum that
depends on your usage patterns" or something.  I gave up.
