Re: e2fsck problem

I had exactly the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago and it turned
out to be a dead hard drive (actual hardware fault). When I ran e2fsck
across it I got a bunch of errors which confirmed the hardware failure -
are you getting errors from e2fsck or does say it's clean?
