Some reference power consumption

People ask now and then about typical PC power consumption, so here are 
some figures off mine; I've installed a Kill-a-Watt meter at the wall 
outlet point.
Powerware 1500VA double-conversion UPS - 45 watts
Since it is always on with a fan and battery-charging, there is an overhead.
Athlon X2 5200+, Nvidia 8600GT, one SATA HDD - 175 watts (including UPS).
Westinghouse LVM-37W3 37" LCD monitor - 310 watts (including 
aforementioned).
These readings are taken at idle.
