It has made in roads, but it still is not ubiquitous as say email, IM, heck
there are about as many Facebook users, if you believe that blog post.

My definition of Geek is definately more: A person intensely interested in a
particular field or hobby, generally at the expense of broader social
interaction. Often used with an attributive noun. (Taken from wikitionary).
I am a non-payed up member of Slug, www.Boardgamegeeks.com , a couple RPG
groups etc. I am by nature a geek. I know people who I would define as a
geek who don't have high computer skills, but what they can do with a
camera/role playing system, is to be admired.

But I didn't say no one but Geeks uses it, I said hardly anyone but Geeks
uses it. Like those middle managers I know who use it, would be in the
hardly anyone category.
