I actually called TIO this morning, more to find out am I wrong or not;
all I wanted some info, but, before I knew it I actually lodged a complaint.

initial advice was the new provider is guilty, quickly corrected that the
former provider is

and, they lodged complaint with former provider before the inquiry call
was over

to then claim 'you've told me already that...'
