>From my recollection you can actually have more than one adsl service on the same line, especially if they use the same DSLAM at the exchange. Usually they have it in their contract that you notify them a certain number of days before a churn, but that being said the provider you churned to should have notified them, especially if it was a different DSLAM. As everyone has said the TIO will resolve it for you, but the TIO now expect you to take it through the proper channels with your ISP, talk to their complaints etc. My ISP TPG where quite accomodating when I said I was moving and going to re-sign up at the new address but didn't want to give the 1month notice, so you never know.
