New printers cartridges are already mostly empty.  Cheats way of doing
things.

Bubble jet printer, are in my experience, the most expensive per page to
print.  Lasers are cheaper per page but a higher up front cost of
course.

I do know that Peach print cartridges are cheap alternatives to the
genuine article.
