Fink install issues

After installing fink yesterday I’ve had zero success installing any additional apps or packages. The most important for me is emacs and when I use

fink install emacs26

I get the following (I get an error for emacs25 too)

 

And choosing another at random, in this case wget, I eventually get this message:
