I follow this list but didn't read much, either there were email
troibles from the list or I was to busy with the netbsd/ppc problems and
kernels...
NetBSD/68k isn't perfect either though and core development still lags
behindin some areas. But the mailing list shows constant activity..

I have a IIci running 3.3 (if I remember correctly) because that was the
last evrsion I got to boot properly. how is 3.6 release with 68k ? I
already had scheduled that on eof these evenings I would upgrade this
semi-production machine.

can I test a new kernel with the old userland to see if it at least
boot? And if... can I them smoothly upgrade an isntallation around the
3.3 release? If it is a low-risk procedure I might try.
My IIci with cachec ard got recently pepped up with hefty 70Mbytes of
memory, since I found some rare PAL simms with 16MB each... and even
that good old box is now so muchmroe enjoyable.

I use the box to test if programs compile on OpenSD/68k. Like GNUstep
and Kaffe Java VM... but the old linekr and compile tools give troubles
and so I was eager to upgrade.
