qemu network problem

hello :)
 
i've installed the patch i've found at
http://www.dad-answers.com/qemu-forum/viewtopic.php?t=713 but when booting
opendarwin (7.2.1), i get the same results as without the patch: 
 
kextd[82]: kld_lookup("_kmod_info") failed for module
/System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleRTL8139Ethernet 
kextd[82]: a link/load error occurred for kernel extension
/System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTL8139Ethernet.kext

i haven't changed anything in darwin, it's the first run after install. 
 
can you help me, please?
