They want $350 for it (2x1.34GHz, 2GB, 2x72GB).  The fact that I can
drive there is a big plus.

It will go into the basement, probably as a home server.  (Noise is
not much of a problem, given that this is an old farmhouse with fairly
solid floors and walls.)
