Force DMCC server running Tru64 5.1B Reboots without log/event message as to why it rebooted.

I have a Force DMCC server running Tru64 version 5.1B, that just reboots out of the blue, without leaving any log file, or any trace of why it rebooted. I ran 'uerf -R | more' and all it shows is the server boot up info., which shows no errors, etc. Looked at the /var/adm/messages with same results. The server is just chugging along, and then all of sudden it's rebooting. It recovers fine, and will run for months before self rebooting again.
