For that matter, the EU is also considering to channel 40 billion euro
as a loan to the car makers through the European Investment Bank.
EU car makers are saying that if the US car makers get it, EU car makers
should get it too.
The Czech Presidency is against subsidies for the car makers... the
Czech Presidency is saying the EU should just drop the whole cars and
CO2 regulation.
