Do te ishte vertet mire ta kufizonim objektin e diskutimit tek pyetjet e Z. Kopliku dhe te mos merremi me homoseksualizmin ne pergjithesi, per te mos dalur mendsh. Po i pari qe dal nga tema, jam vete. Nejse, shaka.
 
Une e shoh çeshtjen keshtu. Antropologet, etnografet dhe udhetaret e tjere te shumte (perfshi edhe konsuj e kolonele) qe brodhen lart e poshte Shqiperine, kur Shqiperia filloi te ngjizej si entitet ne syte e botes duke filluar diku nga gjysma dyte te shek. XIX, e deri aty nga viti 1940, dalluan tek Gegeria, per vete izolimin gjeografik, nje lloj "formae mentis" te veçante te banoreve, mitet e trasheguara ne kenge e balada, gjuhen, menyren e komunikimit, organizimin shoqeror fisnor, dalluan pra tipare pekuliare qe hidhnin paralele te shumta me boten antike, askund gjetke te ruajtura kaq gjate dhe mu ne zemer te Evropes. Ne kete kuader duhet pare edhe çeshtja e pederastise gege. Une studime te tjera veç atyre 2-3 faqeve nga libri i Hahn-it dhe bibliografine qe citova ne mesazhin tim paraardhes nuk kam gjetur. Po i zhytur me koke gjeta, per shembull, ne biblioteken e Universitetit (Padova) nje artikull te vitit 1933 titulluar "Homeric and Albanian "Bride-Price", shkruar nga J.L. Myres. Artikuj te kesaj fryme, shkruar sidomos ne periudhen 1910-1940 mund te citoj me dhjetra. Kur i gjeta une, qe s'jam i zanatit, imagjinoni ç'mund te beje nje specialist! Kjo sa per te dhene idene se ç'toke pjellore per studjuesit ishin ato gerxhet e Gegerise se dikurshme qe tani, me te drejte, s'eshte me.
 
Gjeta diku, edhe kete pasazh fantastik dhe absurd nga libri "High Albania" i E. Durham-it: "On a summer evening a party of men strolled down the valley, sat upon the ground lazily, and watched the stars come out. Then, pointing to a certain star, one said: "That is the biggest," and another said: "NO, that one there is bigger." A fierce dispute took place; some took one side, some the other; rifles cracked, bullets sang. When the smoke cleared and the first excitement was over, there lay 17 dead men - slain for a star - and 11 wounded."
