Kombëtare e Arteve më datë 20 dhjetor 2007 ora 19.00 prezanton
edicionin e 14të të konkursit ndërkombëtar vjetor për artet pamore,
"Onufri".
Edicioni
i këtij viti, titulluar "Bërë me Tradhëti"/Betrayal in Art" do të
qëndrojë i hapur nga datat 20 dhjetor 2007 deri më 30 janar 2008.

"Onufri"
është ngjarja më e rëndësishme për Galerinë Kombëtare të Arteve si dhe
për botën e artit pamor shqiptar. Koncepti i këtij viti, titulluar
"Bërë me Tradhëti"/Betrayal in Art", është një lexim tendencioz i mitit
të Pigmalionit, i cili kërkon të nënvizojë tensionin e pashmangshëm që
shoqëron përballjen e artistit me veprën, kodet komunikuese, shoqërinë
dhe anasjelltas.

Dekolazhe tradhëtish e heroizmash nga historia e popullit shqiptar në shekuj.
Edicioni
i sivjetëm është konceptuar së bashku me një ekspozitë paralele me
vepra të përzgjedhura nga fondi i Galerisë Kombëtare të Arteve, me
titull "Nën emër të popullit".

For the 14th
consecutive year, the annual international visual arts contest
announces its opening on December 20, 2007, at 7 PM in the premises of
the National Gallery of Fine Arts.
"Betrayal in Art" is the theme of this year's "Onufri" contest. The exhibition will stay open from
December 20, 2007 to January 30, 2008.
Organised
by the National Gallery of Fine Arts, "Onufri" is the annual most
important artistic event in regard to the National Gallery of Fine Arts
and also to the entire world of visual arts in Albania.
This
year's concept of the contest is a tendentious reading of Pygmalion's
myth which seeks to underline the inevitability of the tension that accompanies
the artist when confronting his oeuvre, the codes of communication, the
society and vice versa.
This
year's concept of the event offers a special feature to "Onufri 2007".
A parallel exhibition, titled "In the name of the people", will run as
an appendix to "Betrayal in Art". "In the name of the people" features
a unique selection of works from the permanent collection of the
National Gallery of Fine Arts.
