I use a data USB card + netbook for work, though that was $20 for 10MB
(yes, mega, not giga). Though seeing complaints about 5GB being a
limitation while touring seems a bit crazy. Unless you're downloading
movies while on the road, I think those limits are extremely high for
a bike tourer.
