Depends on what you call waterproofing, but this is what I bought to protect my Lumix G1 on the bike: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=domke+wrap&N=0&InitialSearch=yes Amazing padded wrap which is waterproof and uses velcro to hold it around your camera or lens. very good padding, very light weight and, although that isn't what I bought it for, also provides good protection against wet surfaces or light rain.
