I highly doubt there is anyone selling railbikes or rail attachments.
This strikes me as something you could make yourself; possibly without
any welding.
However construction advice would be helpful. Perhaps there is a
description on the web of how
to build rail attachment devices. Perhaps glancing at these photos is enough.
