Usually Stiffy Lube uses channel locks or vise grips to take out drain plugs, too cheap to buy a set of wrenches, they would make better farmers than mechanics! As for Don, you or should I say jiffy lube got damn lucky the antifreeze didn't ruin the rod and main bearings. If you son would have drove it longer before you noticed it most likely would have.
